Favre talked with the President of the GB Packers. Now, after multiple seasons of saying he's done, Brett is still trying to stay in the game. However, it seems like NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell refused to look at Brett Favre's reinstatement statement. Personally I think its time that he should just stop because nobody really wants him. In fact there are rumors that the GB Packers even paid Favre to stay retired! I do say, utter blasphemy.

Ron Artest?! to the Rockets!
Wow what can I say... Rockets are going to be quite a force next year if they can have a more consistent offense. Defensively the team is fantastical, but offense will definitely need improvement. Rocket's GM Carroll Dawson has done a great job by picking up Ron Artest. Although he has become less known primarily due to the lack of talent on the Kings, I'm sure he will shine. Anyways, in the last three years his Stats are increasing slowly - PPG and SPG and (kinda) RPG. Hopefully he has received anger management lessons so he doesn't explode like he used to. What do you guys think about it?

Race for Number 1 in Men's Singles
Has the day finally come where Federer loses his Number 1 ranking... Well right now Nadal can make a run in the Cincinnati tournament Western & Southern Financial Group Masters and become number 1. Unfortunately, unlike the rest of my friends who are supporting Nadal, I am for Federer. Even though we have seen his game diminish in the last to Majors (French and Wimbledon), I believe with enough practice and a steady coach ... he should be able to hold his number 1 position for a couple more years.

Tim Donaghy Sentencing
So... recently Ex-NBA ref Tim Donaghy was sentenced to 15 months in prison for the whole gambling/cheating ordeal. I thought he should be sentenced for a longer time in prison like 5-6 years because what he did was absolute blasphemy. I mean, think about it, paying off a ref in playoff games... that seriously skews things up. I was reading the Yahoo Sports article and I quote
